Please be advised that we have a strict cancellation policy.
Cancellations must be received in writing (email to bookings@inspiredec.com) at least 14 days prior to the event and attendees will receive a refund (less $20 administration fee).
Cancellations within 14 days of the event or attendees who fail to attend the event will be charged in full. Please be advised that should you be unable to attend, you are more than welcome to send another attendee in your place. Inspired EC reserve the right to postpone or cancel any event or training due to presenter cancellations, venue issues or numbers registered. Inspired EC will offer you alternative dates and if these are not suitable, a refund or credit note will be given.
