The Team Communication Diary was a tool that we developed after many years of using scrappy notebooks to try and keep track of important messages between our team. The layout has been designed to be clean and simple, yet to easily draw the eye to specific areas of communication, such as medical information about children, or important messages from families.
This digital version enables services to print pages themselves and pop them in a folder in their staff room or office, allowing all educators to access and stay connected.
The pages are not dated, allowing for greater flexibility for services. The PDF contains enough pages for a full year, so you can either print in one go, or as needed.
