  • Bespoke Events

A bespoke event is one that is delivered for an individual service or organisation. It can be customised to suit the needs of your service. The service provides the venue and refreshments and takes care of promotions and bookings if they wish to open the event up to other educators. Inspired EC will give services a quote for the event which includes training costs, travel and accommodation (if applicable) The service then sets the prices if they wish to invite other educators to help cover the cost.

  • Hosted Events

A hosted event is where an individual service or organisation provides the venue and refreshments and in return receives 2 (half day) or 4 (full day) free places for their staff. Inspired EC is responsible for training costs, travel and accommodation and sets the price for educators to purchase tickets. This is a public event – Inspired EC will take care of all promotions and bookings

  • Keynote Presentations

Inspired EC can tailor a keynote presentation to meet the needs of your conference/event. Our keynote presentation prices are up to 50% less than competitors. Feel free to contact us if you wish to discuss any opportunities.

  • Student Places

Inspired EC is delighted to now offer a student discount of 25% of the training price. There are limited student places available at each session and evidence of enrolment is required (must be an Early Childhood Education related qualification)

Please be advised that we have a strict cancellation policy.  Cancellations must be received in writing (email to bookings@inspiredec.com) at least 14 days prior to the event and attendees will receive a refund (less $20 administration fee). Cancellations within 14 days of the event or attendees who fail to attend the event will be charged in full. Please be advised that should you be unable to attend, you are more than welcome to send another attendee in your place. Inspired EC reserve the right to postpone or cancel any event or training due to presenter cancellations, venue issues or numbers registered. Inspired EC will offer you alternative dates and if these are not suitable, a refund or credit note will be given. Effective Supervision - 10th March 2020 Gateshead NSW

March 10, 2020

There's a saying about having or needing eyes in the back of your head. The implication being that to keep children "safe" or "out of mischief" we need to have our eyes on them at all times. While supervision is a must for early education and care services, it is crucial that we look beyond the ability to see everyone at the same time!

Effective supervision ensures that children are not in danger while encouraging opportunities for risk taking, exploration and connection.

During this session we will explore:

    • What does the NQF say about supervision?
    • What are the indicators of effective & ineffective supervision?
    • How can the environment impact supervision?
    • Why is interaction & involvement so important?
    • "Troubleshooting" challenges within your service.

Attendees will leave feeling more confident in the role that they play in effectively supervising children in the early education and care environment.
